Who we are
Atlas Cirrus LLC is a business automation company based in Bradenton, Florida. We build automations, autonomous receptionists, chatbots, websites, and digital services for Gulf Coast small businesses.
Our services
All Atlas Cirrus work is custom-built. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
No contracts — month-to-month
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with written notice. We may also terminate service at any time with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
All work product remains the property of Atlas Cirrus until paid in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client. General frameworks and libraries used across multiple clients remain our property.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required access credentials. Atlas Cirrus is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.
SMS & communications
Our automated messaging services require explicit opt-in from end users before we may contact them on your behalf. See our SMS Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided as-is. Atlas Cirrus makes no warranties regarding uptime, specific outcomes, or business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Manatee County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
