The program

Atlas Cirrus Customer Care is the text messaging program run by Atlas Cirrus LLC, a business automation company serving Bradenton, Sarasota and the Suncoast. Customer care and project updates for people who contact Atlas Cirrus and for our clients: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on the work we’re doing for you.

We don’t send marketing blasts, and we only text you after you’ve said yes.

How you opt in

You can opt in to texts from Atlas Cirrus in any of these ways:

On our website: by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default text message box on our contact form at atlascirrus.com/start and submitting the form. That box is separate from everything else on the form.
By texting us first: by sending a text to (941) 941-9901. We’ll reply to that conversation.
In person or on the phone: by telling us you’d like updates by text. We note the date, time and how you agreed.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can work with us, get a quote or use our website without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop, or get help

Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting that number. We’ll send one last text to confirm. You can also email contact@atlascirrus.com or call (941) 941-9901. To start again, reply START.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep a record of your consent (the date, time and how you opted in) so we can show we had permission. More in our Privacy Policy.

Messages we send for clients

Clients can use systems we set up to text their own customers. Those messages come from the client’s business, under the client’s own program and opt-in. Each client is responsible for getting their customers’ permission, and we don’t send to lists that haven’t opted in.
