Booked solid in season, invisible on the map
A two-room studio a block off Gulf Drive, full through April on word of mouth from the rental managers, and nowhere on the map when a visitor searched from their phone. The listing had five-year-old photos, no booking link, and nine reviews. We finish the listing and put a booking page on the site that works from a phone in a beach chair. Then the review request goes out by text that evening, while the session is still the best part of the visitor's day, one tap to leave it. Visitors leave on Saturday; the reviews stay, and the next family finds the studio before they've unpacked.
